I know of several users, including myself, with lifetime licenses (with the "old sytle" combination 5-digit ID code / 16-digit product key) who created a Malwarebytes account but kept getting a " The product key you are trying to use is already registered" error when they tried to register and manually reset their product key. That is what the my malwarebytes portal is for in most cases. I can take 3-5 days not including weekends and holidays.
